Automatic Stack PCB Destacker Matching SMT Solder Paste Printing Machine

HDY-J350DS stacked PCB loader, also called bare board destacker, is dedicated front-end feeding equipment for SMT production lines. It realizes automatic separation and feeding of stacked bare PCBs to downstream SMT machines, reducing manual board loading and improving line automation.

The machine adopts robust steel frame structure, built with δ1.5 cold rolled steel via bending process and finished with computer white powder coating for anti-rust and beautiful appearance. Falling board components are manufactured from aluminum alloy for lightweight and long service life. Conveying system is driven by stepper motor with adjustable-speed 4mm flat belt for stable PCB transportation.

Equipped with pneumatic assembly including cylinders, solenoid valves and air regulator; standard tricolor tower light visually displays machine running, warning and fault status. The whole machine adopts PLC control with 3 precision sensors to detect PCB presence and ensure reliable feeding. Electrical configuration adopts Mean Well power supply and Omron relays for stable continuous operation. Required air pressure ≥0.6MPa, overall dimension L600*W650*H1195mm, compatible with PCB sizes ranging from 50*50mm up to 500*350mm.
